Already the market leading software provider, Access HSC wanted to protect that position by increasing its brand awareness and establishing more of its internal experts as key thought leaders in the industry.

Solution

In an industry which means so much to so many, and where overtly salesy messaging can immediately put readers off, it was vital to position Access as an essential cog within the care community.

We continued to identify the publications and key messages to achieve this, and reach decision makers.

Our PR activity focused on offering care providers with informative and insightful thought leadership features, alongside industry comments, and good news stories. We also spent time speaking to Access customers, securing features around the operational benefits that have seen from the software.

We have helped Access HSC strength its position as a force for good in the sector, through campaigns like Teaching Forgotten Skills, which included emotive video content to highlight the extra, fulfilling activities carers could achieve when their care home ran more efficiently.
