MUCH BETTER ADVENTURES APPOINTS TANK AS DIGITAL PR AGENCY

Nottingham-based digital marketing and PR agency, Tank, has been appointed by global adventure travel company Much Better Adventures on a retained basis, following a successful digital PR project.
The new retained partnership will see Tank support Much Better Adventures with digital PR activity aimed at improving brand awareness, strengthening its online visibility in organic search across UK and European markets, while also supporting new product launches and brand-led initiatives.
Sam Bruce, founder of Much Better Adventures, said:
“Working with Tank last year was a great experience, and the results spoke for themselves.
“We’ve since secured extra backing, grown the team, and are excited to have Tank on board for what’s shaping up to be a really exciting 2025 – launching new adventures around the world, collaborating with adventurous storytellers, and running campaigns to inspire more people to do wild things with their time off.”
The initial project with Tank saw Much Better Adventures feature in more than 60 media outlets, including Forbes, Time Out and Thrillist, with campaigns focusing on the best long distance hikes for solo travellers, and how to choose the best travel dates to maximise annual leave allowance.

James Watkins, head of digital PR at Tank, adds:
“We’re thrilled to be continuing our journey with Much Better Adventures. Over the next year, we’ll be focusing on telling powerful stories that help grow brand visibility in national, travel and lifestyle press, while showcasing the unique experiences the brand offers to reach hundreds of thousands of adventure travellers. It’s exciting to work with a company that not only pioneers in travel but also makes a meaningful contribution to conservation.”
Much Better Adventures was founded with the goal of building a global travel company that plays an active role in conservation efforts. They offer over 200 curated adventure holidays in more than 70 countries, with five per cent of revenues going directly to conservation projects.
