  • Digital account director

    We’re seeking an exceptional digital account director to join our digital team, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our clients, specialist teams and executives to deliver exceptional results.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Developing and managing the overall strategy for each of your allocated accounts, in line with the client objectives.
    • Creating and briefing-in client strategies.
    • Ensuring client expectations are met and managed within the budgetary parameters of the account.
    • Attending and leading allocated client meetings.
    • Facilitating a proportion of the billable work on each allocated account, where possible.
    • Working alongside the digital PR, content and brand PR teams on integrated campaigns.
    • Providing regular account updates/reports to the head of digital.

    Duties include:

    • Reporting to the head of digital.
    • Working with the head of business development on new business proposals and attending pitches.
    • Working alongside the specialist leads in SEO, paid, CRO and organic social to monitor and improve overall performance.
    • Attending client and department meetings.
    • Conducting competitor analysis and client industry research.
    • Managing and delegating work to the team leads.
    • Reporting project progress and outcomes to clients on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis using Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console.
    • Keeping up to date with the latest technology and digital marketing trends.

    Required skills:

    • 3+ years in a digital marketing account handling role.
    • Clear ability to review client briefs and lay out a plan and strategy.
    • Demonstrating in-depth digital marketing knowledge across paid, SEO, organic social and CRO.
    • Experience of growing existing clients (upsell and cross-sell), as well as taking a lead role in new business pitches.
    • Preparing and delivering client strategies and plans using a broad range of insight sources to inform recommendations.
    • Substantial experience with digital marketing tools.
    • Ensuring digital best practice is adhered to across the team.
    • Integrating campaign strategies with other digital channels and departments.
    • Building strong internal, cross-departmental working relationships.

    This is a full-time role based in our Nottingham or Manchester office. We offer flexible working with two days WFH and three days in the office.

    Starting salary: £38,000 depending on experience.

  • Technical SEO manager

    We’re looking for a technically-minded SEO professional to join our team as a Technical SEO Manager. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow the agency’s technical SEO output, working across a diverse client portfolio.

    You’ll collaborate with SEOs, developers and content specialists to ensure performance is driven by solid foundations. From audits and site architecture, to speed, crawlability and structured data, your work will play a critical role in helping our clients perform.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Leading technical SEO projects across a broad range of client accounts
    • Conducting technical audits and analysis, with clear prioritisation and implementation plans
    • Advising on website architecture, crawlability, internal linking and URL structures
    • Auditing and improving page speed, Core Web Vitals and overall performance
    • Troubleshooting crawling and indexing errors, including JavaScript rendering issues
    • Collaborating with developers and internal teams to implement technical recommendations
    • Implementing schema markup and identifying structured data opportunities
    • Supporting website migrations and ensuring SEO best practice throughout
    • Monitoring performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and similar tools
    • Staying up to date with developments in search, including AI-led changes
    • Analysing competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
    • Reporting on technical performance and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

    Required Skills:

    • A minimum of two years’ experience in a technical SEO role, ideally within an agency
    • Comfortable working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of web development principles
    • A passion for technical SEO and how it fits into broader search and content strategy
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
    • Able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, accessible way
    • Proficient with a range of SEO tools and platforms including GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
    • Confident managing multiple projects at once in a busy environment
    • Proactive, collaborative and always looking to learn.

    Starting salary: £33,000 depending on experience
