  • Content specialist

    We're on the lookout for a skilled Content Specialist to join our team in Nottingham.

    This exec-level role involves collaborating with our wider content studio and account teams to deliver high quality content across a range of channels. You’ll work with a close-knit team of content marketers and copywriters to develop your skills – and be part of one of the UK’s top agencies, which is dedicated to helping its clients, people and wider communities make their mark.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Campaign research and ideation.
    • Monitoring the latest news and trends.
    • Content creation to support PR, Digital PR and Digital Marketing – including press releases, features, blogs and web copy.
    • Setting up surveys.
    • Interviewing experts (both clients and industry experts).
    • Working with the wider account teams to develop content ideas and best practices.
    • Responding to briefs from the account teams, ensuring all requirements are met.
    • Liaising with designers when required.
    • Attendance at client meetings when required.
    • Event attendance when required.
    • General assistance to the senior content team.
    • Working alongside the office manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.

    Required Skills:

    • 1–2 years of experience in a PR, journalism or content writing role, or recent graduate with work experience.
    • Creative thinker.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of / interest in SEO and AI search.
    • Good news sense – and a curiosity about different sectors particularly in the B2B market.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Teamwork.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Works independently and flexibly.

    This is a full-time role based in our Nottingham office and we offer flexible working with two days WFH and three days in the office.

  • Digital PR specialist

    We're on the lookout for a skilled Digital PR specialist to join our team.

    This exec-level role involves collaborating with account managers and contributing to the wider digital PR team to deliver outstanding results and achieve high-quality backlinks and coverage for both B2B and B2C clients.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assist in the creation of Digital PR content, including press releases and campaign copy.
    • Distributing and formatting press releases.
    • Researching and identifying suitable media contacts for campaigns.
    • Conducting personalised outreach to secure media coverage and backlinks.
    • Data analysis to create insight-led campaigns.
    • Monitoring media coverage and reporting on campaign performance.
    • Completing monthly audits and competitor analysis.
    • Attendance at client meetings when required.
    • Event attendance when required.
    • Bi-weekly status report meeting attendance.
    • General assistance to the senior account team.
    • Monitor industry news, trends, and relevant topics to identify PR opportunities.
    • Working alongside the office manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.

    Required skills:

    • 1+ year working at a busy PR or digital marketing agency or in-house role.
    • Have worked on B2B and/or B2C PR campaigns.
    • A proven communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and persuading journalists.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of SEO and its role within digital marketing.
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and flexibly.
    • Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
    • Teamwork focused approach.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Creative skills and the ability to contribute ideas.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

    This is a full-time role based in our Manchester or Nottingham office and we offer flexible working with two days WFH and three days in the office.
