  • Brand PR account executive

    We’re seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our Brand PR team, offering the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our account managers and directors to deliver exceptional results.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Writing press releases, features, awards submissions and general copy.
    • Selling in stories to journalists and requesting feature synopses.
    • Distributing and formatting press releases.
    • Chasing client coverage.
    • Thorough media and forward feature research.
    • Awards / events research.
    • Audits / coverage analysis / reports.
    • Attendance at client meetings when required.
    • Event attendance when required.
    • Bi-weekly status report meeting attendance.
    • Social media creation / assistance when required.
    • General assistance to the senior account team.
    • General assistance to the office manager.

    Required skills:

    • 1+ year working at a busy comms agency or in-house role.
    • Have worked on B2B and/or B2C PR campaigns.
    • A proven communicator, comfortable presenting ideas to clients and persuading journalists.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of SEO and its role within digital marketing.
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and flexibly.
    • Ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
    • Teamwork focused approach.
    • Excellent organisational skills.
    • Creative skills and the ability to contribute ideas.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

    This is a full-time role based in our Nottingham or Manchester office. We offer flexible working with two days WFH and three days in the office.
