Inventory management software provider Unleashed had a warehouse full of valuable internal data but was unsure how to best leverage it as part of its broader digital marketing strategy.
Unleashed’s global software contains potent insights and unique data regarding stock levels, lead times, and other metrics. All of which is connected to making intelligent purchasing decisions and enhancing business efficiency.
Solution
By scraping through the data, Tank compiled quarterly reports focusing on key business challenges and conducting industry analyses to gauge the performance of the UK, US, and APAC regions.
During the first nine months, Tank utilised this data to create Unleashed’s very own Product Lead Time Index (using lead time data), Manufacturer’s Health Check (using stock levels data), and Cash Flow and Overstock Report (using import and export cost efficiency data).
