Tank storms ahead with new appointments
East Midlands PR agency Tank has bolstered its offering with two new appointments.
Located in the Lace Market in Nottingham, Tank provides PR, digital PR and social media services to a number of household names including national house builder Miller Homes, Carphone Warehouse and Pall-Ex, owned by Dragons’ Den’s Hilary Devey.
To handle a raft of new client wins this year, Tank has expanded its team with two new account executives, Scott Giles and Morgan Brooks.
Scott Giles joins the team after several years’ experience working in tech PR, supporting numerous international clients with specialist press communications and globally revered events including the Mobile World Congress.
Morgan Brooks, a recent politics graduate from the University of Nottingham with over a year’s experience in PR, impressed the agency with his knowledge of social media, writing skills and enthusiasm for the sector.
As well as the new appointments, Tank has also promoted several of its staff, with Claire Reynolds progressing to senior account manager, Fiona Moore becoming an account manager and James Watkins stepping into the senior account executive role.
Commenting on the growth of the agency, managing director and founder Trevor Palmer said:
“Tank is in a position of real strength at the moment. Our digital side is in constant demand which, coupled with our PR expertise, means we have a powerful offering unlike many competitors.
“Working with business coaches and our non-executive directors at High Growth, we’ve been able to achieve sustainable but rapid growth within the last few years.
“This expansion is a real testament to the strength of our team and we’re all happy to welcome both Morgan and Scott to the group.”
