From robot-assisted surgery to AI-enabled diagnostics, HealthTech is already changing lives and starting to change how care is delivered. The UK’s HealthTech sector has seen dramatic growth in recent years – and the momentum is expected to continue as demand grows.
While Oxford, Cambridge and London – the Golden Triangle – dominate the sector, other regions around the UK are growing their share in the national and international market. One of them is the East Midlands, which benefits from a central location, top universities and a strong history of both medical and tech innovation.
But how can the region’s HealthTech sector unlock new growth opportunities?
This was the subject of a recent roundtable, hosted by marketing collective The Boda Group (which includes Tank) and Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors.
The roundtable brought together HealthTech experts to discuss challenges such as market uncertainty, how to navigate change and attract talent.
