Welcoming Nickie Elenor to the board: New legal and people director

The Boda Group, which comprises our digital marketing and PR agency, as well as brand communications agency Warbox, and customer experience consultancy Kaptive, has appointed Nickie Elenor as its legal and people director, as the Group eyes future expansion.
With nearly 30 years of experience as a solicitor and HR strategist, Nickie will join the Tank and Warbox board of directors, Trevor Palmer, Martin Stone, Max Bevis, Phil Kelsey and Mark Fensom, as well as provide support to Kaptive – the Boda Group’s most recent acquisition founded by Deborah Knight.
Commenting on her appointment, Nickie said:
“I’m thrilled to be joining The Boda Group as its first legal and people director. I’ve worked with Tank and Warbox on an advisory basis since 2012 and have seen the teams grow in size, ambition and capability.
“As The Boda Group expands further, I will support the board to maintain focus on its dynamic people strategy, centred on preserving the excellent employee experience at Tank, Warbox and Kaptive and in future acquisitions. This is an exciting time to be joining the group.”
Trevor Palmer, managing director of The Boda Group said:
“It’s great to welcome Nickie to the board of directors. Tank and our other businesses are working with an increasingly broad range of clients across the United States and Europe and it’s vital that we have the legal expertise in-house to manage the complexities of different legal systems, regulations, and business practices.
“Alongside this, these teams continue to grow and we need an experienced people strategist to join the ranks. This will not only ensure that we are an employer of choice, it will also mean that we can continue to offer a great place to work, attracting and retaining talented people – enabling them to thrive and really make their mark.”
Last year, The Boda Group also acquired a significant share of a Stourbridge fitness equipment brand, Versaclimber UK.
